As a Senior Support Engineer, you will provide technical support for Akeyless's SaaS platform, troubleshoot issues, and assist customers with configuration and best practices, ensuring operational stability and satisfaction.

Field-based Business Development Representative responsible for driving distribution, availability, and sales growth across a defined territory of impulse retail outlets. Build retailer relationships, execute brand and POS plans, meet sales KPIs, manage route planning and time, collaborate with a territory team, and support the Energy portfolio. Provide administrative and payroll support to HR and accounting: filing, data entry, document processing, front-office reception, assisting with benefits and payroll tasks, maintaining organized records, and supporting multiple departments with clerical duties.

Support talent acquisition and internship programs by coordinating Recruitment Advisory Board operations, scheduling and facilitating interviews, maintaining recruitment records and metrics, performing staffing analytics and workforce planning, representing NAVSEA at recruiting events, and identifying process improvements to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

Drive growth by performing high-volume outreach (90+ cold calls/day), generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with long-term care decision-makers, presenting services via calls/meetings, maintaining CRM records, collaborating on onboarding, and meeting sales targets.

Provide second-level support for member-facing digital channels (internet/mobile banking, digital account/loan applications, bill pay, chat/email). Troubleshoot and resolve issues, coach staff on digital tools, liaise with IT and departments on projects, meet SLAs and KPIs, maintain regulatory compliance, and register as an NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator.

Lead and coordinate sales operations to deliver product to market, optimize inventory and order flow, maintain system integrity (SAP, EDI, B2B), produce sales and inventory reporting, manage incentive programs and account setups, and drive sales process improvements across cross-functional partners.
