Lead IT strategy and day-to-day operations, owning technology vision, roadmap, budget, architecture, security posture, service management, vendor relationships, and IT team development while ensuring reliable, secure infrastructure and SaaS platform delivery.

Serve as the liaison between customers, dealers, sales and operations to qualify and route leads, support sales follow-up, process and monitor orders in CRM/ERP, maintain customer data, respond to inquiries, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and strong dealer relationships.
