Partner with Commercial Finance, FP&A, Operations, Project Management, Supply Chain and Digital to govern commercial finance controls, credit risk, DOA, and standardize tools/processes. Support FP&A rhythms (monthly close, forecasts, budget, LRF/LTS), prepare financial analysis for decision-making, and lead process improvement and transformation initiatives using dashboards and analytics.

Manage PEO budgets for DoW IT programs: develop multi-year budgets, track execution and forecasting, perform financial analysis and reporting, coordinate stakeholders, manage procurement requests, create executive briefings in PowerPoint, and support Power BI dashboard design and project management tasks.

Lead financial analysis and month-end close for Central Operations; manage forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, AR collection, SOX compliance, pricing/new-business analysis, and training. Supervise and develop finance support staff and support implementation of corporate financial policies.

Lead evaluation, structuring, and execution of acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments globally. Manage due diligence, financial modeling and valuation, negotiation, and integration planning. Advise senior executives and Board, coordinate cross-functional teams and external advisors, and develop industry and competitive insights to support shareholder value creation and risk-informed decision making.

Prepare and reconcile billing for industrial and refinery services, validate time records and cost codes, produce invoices, maintain headcount logs, support audits and SOX documentation, generate billing metrics and reports, and coordinate with operations, collections, vendors, and audit teams.

Support development of tokenized equity products by conducting due diligence, building financial and commercial models, performing market and competitor research, preparing committee memos and presentations, tracking ECM activity, and owning research workstreams through transaction execution.

Lead a finance and analytics team to perform financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, reserve review, vendor contract evaluation, and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, regulatory bodies, and enterprise analytics to improve profitability, data quality, and performance monitoring while supporting strategic planning and financial compliance.

Support preparation of income tax returns and financial statement tax reporting (actual and forecast) per regulations. Compile data for tax research, perform preliminary analysis, identify tax savings opportunities, support internal and external tax audits, and contribute to special projects as assigned.

Provide revenue analytics and decision-support to operational leaders. Collaborate with FP&A, hospital finance, managed care, contracting, billing and clinical teams to analyze payor performance, contract modeling, service line revenue, and reimbursement. Develop data-driven insights, lead moderate-to-complex projects, and advise management on revenue opportunities and performance improvements.

Analyze financial data, build and maintain financial models, produce reports and presentations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor performance, and recommend improvements to support business planning and profitability.
