Own full-cycle recruiting and early talent integration for clinical and non-clinical roles, build sourcing pipelines, manage pre-boarding and compliance, track onboarding and hiring quality metrics, partner with hiring managers and People Operations, and continuously improve candidate experience and early performance outcomes.

Lead go-to-market efforts to build a pipeline and close deals with sponsor banks, program managers, fintechs, and processors. Own prospecting, senior relationships, opportunity qualification, deal execution, presales coordination, contracting support, onboarding handoffs, CRM hygiene, and market feedback to drive multi-million-dollar ARR wins.

Own revenue systems and analysis for GTM: maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene, build pipeline/forecasting and ad network reporting, run unit-economics and cohort analyses, and partner with Sales/Ads/Success and leadership to improve lead routing, forecasting, and GTM processes.

Convert warm leads into clients by delivering persuasive presentations, negotiating contracts, addressing objections, and closing deals. Maintain CRM records, track sales metrics, collaborate with marketing on lead quality, and build long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Write and manage threat intelligence content—advisories, briefs, reports, blogs, executive summaries—and translate IOCs, TTPs, and trends for audiences from practitioners to boards. Develop webinars, coordinate distribution with marketing, maintain editorial calendar, shepherd pieces through review, and enforce style and brand voice.

Designs and delivers learning programs: conducts needs assessments, defines learning objectives, creates curriculum and materials, manages program schedules and dependencies, implements assessments, collaborates cross-functionally, and supports post-training analysis and change management.
