Serve as the primary escalation for complex brand support issues, resolve tickets end-to-end, identify root causes and recommend fixes, improve knowledge bases and onboarding docs, enhance AI support coverage, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Trust & Safety to surface and resolve systemic issues.
