The contractor will maintain accurate pipeline records, support provider activation and training, develop self-service resources, and operate autonomously across multiple unintegrated systems.

Support Vendor Management System deployments, enhancements, validation, UAT, data conversion, and documentation. Provide Level 1 support, troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, develop business cases, train users, and administer imports, user access, integrations, and system configuration. Serve as the primary contact for VMS account managers and assigned program teams.

Install, program, test, commission, troubleshoot and service electronic security systems. Provide customer training, start-up/certification, project technical execution, documentation, and mentor junior staff while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Support the Chief Legal Officer and Chief People Officer by managing calendars, travel, expenses, communications, executive meetings, Board and committee activities, leadership events, and cross-functional initiatives. Coordinate deliverables, prepare reports and presentations, track action items, and liaise with executives, Board members, and the Corporate Secretary while handling sensitive legal, governance, and personnel information with discretion.

Build and lead EdSights' technical support function: select ticketing tooling, create SLAs and escalation paths, run day-to-day ticket triage, implement AI chatbot and knowledge base, own support KPIs and QA, triage API/integration issues, and hire and train a growing support team while partnering with Product and Engineering to resolve product gaps.

Own end-to-end sales-led revenue operations: comp design, quota setting, forecasting, metrics, alerts, pipeline hygiene, growth reviews, win/loss analysis and a sales revenue source of truth.

Serve as primary borrower liaison to manage multiple commercial loan files from onboarding through funding. Verify compliance, gather documentation, coordinate underwriting/closing, review funding packages, monitor credit utilization, provide superior client service, and train new team members.
