Provide 1st–2nd line IT support for executives in the New York office, manage high-priority incidents via ServiceNow, troubleshoot Microsoft and mobile technologies, administer Active Directory, escalate to technical teams, support desk moves and out-of-hours events, and maintain compliance with FCA and ITIL practices.

Own carrier-facing support tickets end-to-end: reproduce and resolve Tier 1/2 issues across front-end, API, and database layers. Use SQL, logs, and API tools to diagnose, provide workarounds, produce carrier-grade RCAs, maintain KB/runbooks, participate in on-call rotation, and proactively surface systemic issues to engineering. Fluent, validated use of AI tooling expected.

Implement, configure, and support client networking and systems for an MSP environment. Provide level-2 technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software (Mac and Windows), manage backups, EDR remediation, RMM tasks, and update client documentation. Participate in projects, maintain certifications, meet KPIs (MTTR, CSAT, utilization, SLA), and perform occasional onsite work and after-hours support.

Serve as escalation point for complex Microsoft 365 and endpoint issues, triage and resolve production-impacting problems, administer M365 tenant and related services, create documentation and training, support onboarding and device management, and contribute to projects and process improvements across cloud and endpoint environments.

Administer and optimize Transfr's IT environment for a distributed workforce: endpoint management, onboarding/offboarding, hardware procurement, software/MDM/RMM/VPN administration, help desk support, training, and IT projects to scale operations.
