Partners cross-functionally to improve retention, self-service, fulfillment issues, policies, adverse-event handling, fraud, and chargebacks. Owns CX technology configuration, automation, integrations, Voice of Customer programs, and reporting on contact trends, costs, service performance, and staffing.
