Perform high-volume Remote Online Notarization (RON) closings—primarily HELOC loan packages. Verify signer identity, review packages for completeness, catch errors pre-funding, maintain a high daily signing pace, escalate issues per procedure, and complete package-specific training.

Support and manage day-to-day operations of customer-hosted cloud environments within the Jenzabar One ecosystem. Troubleshoot priority incidents, perform upgrades, provide SQL Server configuration and T-SQL scripting support, produce root cause/post-mortem analyses, drive process improvements and automation, mentor junior staff, and serve as an escalation point for cross-functional teams.

Support DoD enterprise IT service delivery: implement security controls, troubleshoot applications, create silent install packages, manage physical and virtual workstations, handle Tier 3 support, coordinate RMF/A&A accreditation with ISSOs, and work on ITSM, endpoint management, imaging, and SELinux enforcement.

Support the Chief Revenue Officer with complex calendar and inbox management, project coordination across revenue functions, board-ready presentation and deck creation, event planning, travel and expense management, and select personal support. Act as a connective point between the CRO, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders, keeping deadlines and follow-ups moving and protecting executive focus.
