The Principal GTM Systems Manager will oversee the revenue tech stack, ensuring reliability and optimization while supporting cross-functional initiatives and new project implementations within revenue operations.

Manage customer service and field support across the Eastern region, coordinating vehicle acceptance, warranty, retrofits, and cross-functional teams. Maintain customer relationships, ensure compliance with policies and controls, manage work queues (Oracle), support bids, and drive safety, quality, and process improvements. Regular travel to customer sites required.

Own end-to-end Shopify DTC operations: manage customer experience, order fulfillment, store accuracy, SOPs, automations, compliance, and weekly performance reporting to reduce tickets, reships, and operational errors.

Provide day-to-day IT support for a globally distributed AI company: triage help-desk tickets, provision and ship laptops, manage Google Workspace, enforce endpoint security and device compliance, run onboarding/offboarding, maintain SaaS seat/license management, support office networking/AV, write runbooks, and contribute to security, infrastructure, and automation projects as the first EMEA IT hire.

Build and own the end-to-end RevOps function: CRM and GTM tech stack administration, data hygiene, forecasting, pipeline management, deal desk execution, cross-functional coordination, post-sale instrumentation, and GTM reporting to scale sales and customer success.

Provide administrative, clerical, and document-control support for regulatory and quality functions: prepare polished documents and presentations, manage records and supplies, coordinate meetings, calendars, travel, and purchase requisitions, support onboarding, and ensure compliance with security and background-check requirements.

Lead end-to-end order processing across direct and indirect channels, optimize order-to-revenue workflows, enforce CRM data and contracting standards, manage onboarding, vendor intake, and RFP operations, and align contracts with revenue recognition alongside Legal and Finance.

Support underwriters by collecting, reconciling, and analyzing submission data; set up accounts, produce quotes and binders, issue policies and endorsements, process reinsurance tasks, perform quality control, order and summarize inspection and risk reports, enter catastrophe modeling data, and respond to broker service requests to ensure accurate, timely underwriting operations.

Provide production application support for GovDeals and AllSurplus, responding to incidents, troubleshooting application/database/integration issues, coordinating incident response, performing root cause analysis, producing post-incident reports, maintaining runbooks, and driving process improvements to maintain service reliability.

Lead endpoint and IT operations across global offices and remote field sites: design zero-touch provisioning, manage Jamf/Intune policies, build fleet monitoring, own software procurement and license optimization, administer Okta and Google Workspace, automate onboarding/offboarding, supervise IT support staff, and collaborate with security, infrastructure, legal, and finance to run reliable, compliant IT for distributed exploration teams.
