Support day-to-day administration of 401(k) plans by reconciling account and transaction data, tracing transactions through the recordkeeping lifecycle, serving as a subject-matter resource, triaging assignments, and driving process improvements across multiple operational platforms to ensure accurate, timely plan transactions.

Lead and develop a team of Salesforce admins, developers, and technical contributors to build, maintain, and scale the Salesforce and GTM tech stack. Oversee architecture, integrations, automation, governance, roadmap prioritization, delivery processes, QA, and cross-functional change management while driving AI and automation improvements.

Supervises the Workers' Compensation team, assists with process improvements, employee training and development, and resolves departmental issues.

Supervise Project Attorneys to ensure productivity, call quality, and adherence to procedures. Monitor and grade calls, provide feedback, maintain policies and knowledge base, support workforce management, liaise between teams, assist Project Manager with UAT/data analysis/system issue diagnosis, and handle customer phone interactions.

Provide high-level administrative support to two senior executives: manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and events, handle travel and expenses, track invoices and budgets, prepare materials and meeting follow-up, support trade association engagement, and streamline administrative processes to boost executive productivity.

Perform fraud and risk mitigation tasks including data analysis, reporting, onboarding credit unions, troubleshooting data requests, maintaining processes and documentation, coordinating project timelines, and providing first-level card monitoring review and consultant support.
