Manage the final stages of mortgage loans to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely closings. Prepare Closing Disclosures and closing packages, coordinate with processors, underwriters, title companies and settlement agents, maintain loan records in Encompass/LOS, resolve closing issues, and ensure CFPB/TRID and investor compliance while supporting operational performance goals.

Manage end-to-end commercial contract lifecycle (NDAs, MSAs, Order Forms), act as Salesforce administrator to maintain CRM data integrity, optimize intake-to-execution workflows, build KPI dashboards and reports, and coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and Finance to track obligations and reduce contract turnaround time.

Evaluate vehicle damage and repair estimates using industry estimating software, determine scope and fair value of repairs, negotiate settlements with repair facilities, perform total loss/ACV evaluations, issue payments and correspondence, and provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring while ensuring compliance with company and state regulations and delivering exceptional customer service.
