Provide pro-bono legal counsel for nonprofit formation and compliance: advise on entity choice, draft formation and governing documents to secure tax-exempt status, file formation and registration documents, protect name and registered agent decisions, obtain permits/registrations, and support an initial fundraising campaign.

Own and operate Arctic Wolf’s global privacy program across multiple jurisdictions. Develop privacy policies, data maps, assessments, and compliance processes; advise Product and Engineering on privacy by design; support incident response, data subject requests, commercial agreements, and regulatory inquiries. Manage outside counsel and privacy vendors while providing practical guidance, training, and scalable playbooks.

Support Teamshares' legal team across public-company compliance, M&A closings, corporate governance, subsidiary formation, equity administration, litigation matters, vendor relationships, and compliance tracking.
