Lead a regional team of up to 15 Support Engineers across the Americas. Provide technical customer support for municipal metering systems, troubleshooting Neptune platforms, AMI systems, gateways, hardware, communications, software, data, integrations, APIs, and utility billing connections. Manage support tickets, document resolutions, collaborate with internal teams, assist with implementations, train customers and employees, and resolve complex technical issues remotely and during regional travel.

Owns Salesforce governance, platform operations, data quality, request prioritization, user support, training, UAT, release management, and continuous improvement for commercial teams. Partners with IT, developers, reporting teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions, enforce standards, improve adoption, and align Salesforce with commercial workflows and analytics needs.

Administer and maintain MECM infrastructure for a federal customer, including cloud/hybrid deployments. Perform software packaging and deployment, OSD imaging, patch management via WSUS, monitoring, troubleshooting, automation with PowerShell, Intune/co-management integration, compliance with federal security standards, documentation, and Tier II/III support.

Provides Level 2 escalation support for SMB and law firm clients, troubleshooting end-user, server, network, Microsoft 365, Azure, and infrastructure issues. Supports legal document workflows and industry-specific platforms, prioritizes incidents based on court deadlines and confidentiality requirements, mentors junior engineers, and develops legal IT runbooks and documentation. The role requires remote client support, accurate PSA time tracking, collaboration with Level 3 engineers, and participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
