Quota-carrying remote Account & Relationship Manager responsible for selling print and content solutions, driving renewals and up-sells, leveraging usage data and SFDC to identify opportunities, managing pipeline and contracts, onboarding/training customers, and collaborating with Sales and Product teams to meet adoption, retention, and revenue targets.

Lead outreach and relationship-building for Publishing creators: acquire and retain priority creators, develop educational resources, build partnerships, represent Kickstarter at events, inform strategy with market intelligence, and champion product adoption and creator feedback.

Manage and grow Strateguss largest renewal accounts as primary client contact. Ensure retention and expansion, coordinate with Account Managers and Ad Ops, develop strategic account plans, monitor performance, deliver reports, and meet retention and growth targets while providing industry insights for CTV and programmatic advertising.

Own and grow a portfolio of reseller partnerships, drive joint deals and co-sell motion, recruit and enable new partners, develop joint business plans and co-marketing, represent DeleteMe at partner events, and track partner performance and ROI. Bonus: experience in public sector partner transactions.

Support the Employee Benefits Producer by generating new business and maintaining existing group benefits policies. Serve as primary client contact, prepare proposal presentations with the Producer, and manage carrier relationships to ensure successful policy processing and client satisfaction.

Lead and coach a regional Account Management team while managing a portfolio of large employer groups. Oversee implementations, resolve escalations, monitor performance metrics, partner with Sales and internal teams, and drive retention and process improvements.
