Lead end-to-end QA for ServiceNow HRSD: design and execute manual and ATF automated tests, validate HRSD workflows, integrations, platform customizations, perform API and backend validation, log defects, and support releases in Agile sprints.

Listen to and rate customer interactions against quality standards, analyze findings, provide feedback to agents and managers, act as campaign SME with stakeholders, ensure remediation and daily review completion, raise incidents, and conduct root cause analysis to drive quality improvements.

Lead and manage external collection agencies and field recovery operations to recover overdue accounts. Develop field strategies, optimize collection workflows, set KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance, provide training, collaborate with internal teams, report performance, and continuously improve collections processes to maximize recovery and customer engagement.
