Lead development and execution of legislative and regulatory advocacy strategies at federal and state levels. Build and operate Mercury’s machine learning platform, including low-latency inference services, model deployment infrastructure, CI/CD, staged rollouts, observability, drift detection, retraining triggers, and explainability capabilities. Partner with data science teams to move models into reliable production operation, while shaping a new platform team supporting fraud and financial crime decisioning.

Leads the enterprise Cyber Services discipline, overseeing secure development, endpoint and collaboration security, network, application, cloud, and Zero Trust services. Defines service strategies, catalogs, SLAs, KPIs, roadmaps, risk processes, incident response handoffs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partners with engineering, infrastructure, and cloud teams to improve security and reduce vulnerabilities. Manages global teams, budgets, service delivery, and executive stakeholder relationships across a complex aerospace and defense organization.

Own day-to-day technical solutioning for enterprise SaaS implementations. Lead client discovery and solution design sessions, translate business requirements into user stories, define APIs, data mappings, validation rules, and processes, and produce implementation documentation. Partner with project leads, architects, analysts, clients, and engineering teams throughout delivery. Identify risks and dependencies, support Agile delivery, apply solution standards, and contribute reusable best practices while progressing toward a Solution Architect role.

Leads product marketing strategy and execution for strategic launches, including positioning, messaging, content, customer communications, sales enablement, research, and performance analysis. Partners cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Pricing, and Enablement teams to drive adoption and measurable outcomes. Translates complex SaaS capabilities into compelling customer narratives and manages multiple launch workstreams.
