Own core payments products spanning pay-ins, payouts, checkout, withdrawals, geographic expansion, fraud decisioning, and merchant/developer experience. Lead vendor and banking partner procurement, evaluate providers, coordinate legal and compliance requirements, translate operational complexity into product specifications, and drive end-to-end execution. Use data to improve approval rates, loss performance, and customer experience while supporting broader product initiatives across global payments.

Own Lantern’s identity control plane as its technical authority, including lifecycle automation, access management, Entra ID federation, privileged access, secrets, non-human identities, and identity-as-code. Design and verify Conditional Access, phishing-resistant MFA, RBAC/ABAC, Zero Trust, and JIT controls for PHI-facing systems. Partner with Cloud, Service Delivery, HR, and GRC teams while maintaining separation of duties. Build automated workflows, governance standards, runbooks, and structural fixes in a regulated healthcare environment.

Leads global sourcing, manufacturing, supplier management, product costing, production execution, and quality assurance for collectible consumer products. Owns supplier selection, negotiations, manufacturing timelines, QA/QC standards, cost improvements, product development support, and sourcing systems. Builds resilient supplier networks, scalable processes, performance dashboards, and the future sourcing organization while ensuring products meet quality, margin, and launch objectives.

Assists the City Attorney by providing municipal legal counsel, representing Galveston in municipal, civil service, and civil litigation matters, and advising officials and departments. Reviews and prepares ordinances, resolutions, policies, contracts, construction agreements, and real estate documents. Conducts legal research, attends governmental meetings, interprets laws and legal authorities, and maintains confidential, cooperative relationships across the City.

Serves as the primary salesperson for convenience stores, gas stations, small grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurants. Generates sales, conducts business reviews, manages customer relationships, rotates and stocks products, builds displays, executes promotions, and services up to 100 accounts weekly. The role requires independent route management, frequent standing and lifting 20–45 pounds, vehicle use, safety compliance, and work across varying weather conditions.

Provides reception desk and clerical support by answering multi-line phones, greeting and directing visitors, maintaining directories and visitor logs, distributing mail, handling emergency alerts, and assisting with administrative tasks. The role also supports scheduling, inventory, cash-flow tracking, records maintenance, and coordination with residents, staff, vendors, and service departments. Weekend, evening, and holiday work may be required.
