Serves as the President and CEO’s strategic and operational partner, managing executive scheduling, correspondence, travel, meetings, donor CRM records, board governance, expenses, communications, special projects, and cross-department initiatives. Own analytics for the clinician lifecycle, from recruiting and credentialing through performance, quality, retention, and business impact. Build operational scorecards, predictive retention models, licensing dashboards, and transcript-based empathy scoring frameworks using SQL, Python, BI tools, NLP, and LLMs. Partner with clinical, quality, operations, talent, product, and executive stakeholders to connect clinician behaviors and outcomes with patient retention, NPS, compensation, training, and workflows.

Leads marketing pursuits by managing proposals, RFPs, RFQs, qualification packages, and interview presentations. Creates written content, visuals, branded materials, case studies, public relations materials, and digital content. Coordinates project marketing, events, vendors, photography, videography, CRM data, client surveys, and reporting. Supports marketing strategy and brand alignment while mentoring junior staff and managing multiple deadlines.

The QA Engineer will plan and execute manual, exploratory, regression, and automated testing for the Blueflame AI platform. Responsibilities include building Playwright and TypeScript test suites, maintaining test management assets, integrating tests into GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting failures, documenting defects, and partnering with engineering teams on releases and process improvements.
