Provides in-office technical support for Windows desktops, mobile devices, telephone systems, applications, virtual desktops, and collaboration tools. Diagnoses and resolves basic to moderate incidents, manages tickets, installs hardware and software, configures voice services, supports endpoint technologies, escalates complex issues, documents solutions, contributes to knowledge sharing, improves service processes, and helps meet service-level agreements.

Supports IT operations by resolving service desk tickets, documenting solutions, monitoring systems and business services, analyzing performance metrics, updating system and disaster recovery documentation, assisting with application development, and maintaining software and hardware. Interns also follow cybersecurity policies, protect systems and data, identify vulnerabilities, and report potential incidents.

Administer and maintain Salesforce and related SaaS applications, including configuration, integrations, user provisioning, data governance, reporting, testing, and end-user support. Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions, resolve tickets within SLAs, support data migrations and acquired-system integrations, and participate in upgrades and implementations.

Provide advanced remote technical support for Ion Chromatography, Sample Preparation, LC/HPLC, and DIA instruments. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and applications using remote diagnostics; collaborate with field service, R&D, product management, and manufacturing to resolve issues, support product introductions, and improve remote resolution while delivering excellent customer service.

Provides remote and onsite IT support across plants and ports, troubleshooting Windows, Apple devices, Microsoft applications, mobile platforms, hardware, software, networks, scale systems, and kiosks. Installs and configures equipment, documents incidents, enforces IT policies, supports executives and meetings, escalates issues, trains users, manages projects, and participates in rotating after-hours support. Travel to production facilities may reach 75% annually, with work in demanding industrial environments.

Manage SolarWinds installation, configuration, and maintenance (NPM, NCM, WPM). Use network monitoring tools, apply networking knowledge, and perform troubleshooting and analysis.

Provide Level 1 IT help desk support: accept and classify tickets, attempt first-line resolution, escalate and track through SLA, create user accounts, support remote connectivity and desktop applications, communicate status and reports, and work flexible 24/7 shifts.

Provide primary DBA support for DB2 on Z Series mainframe and new database installs. Responsibilities include table reorgs, indexing, partitioning, performance tuning, automation and scheduling (Zeke), extensive use of JCL, Easytrieve, and REXX. Maintain data dictionaries, logical and physical models, database schemas and application objects, perform capacity planning, manage installs/patches/upgrades, HA, security, backups, restores, exports/imports, and environment tuning.

Provide on-site IT support and technical ownership for a facility: desktop support, infrastructure maintenance (servers, network, Wi‑Fi, security cameras), assist with projects (ERP, migrations, hardware refreshes), enforce security/compliance, maintain asset inventory, and provide occasional after-hours/on‑call support.
