Manage a portfolio of distressed commercial real estate loans, primarily rent-regulated multifamily properties in New York City. Analyze borrower financials, collateral, guarantors, property performance, and market conditions; recommend and monitor workout strategies; review and negotiate commercial loan documents; prepare credit memoranda and risk assessments; negotiate with borrowers and stakeholders; coordinate with legal, credit, appraisal, and compliance teams; and ensure regulatory compliance and accurate portfolio reporting.

Manage a portfolio of ~100-125 major gift prospects in the Northeast, identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding gifts of $100,000+. The intern collaborates with transportation, structural, planning, traffic, and design teams while developing practical civil engineering skills in an office and occasional field environment.

Partners with district and restaurant leaders across a 1,000-person workforce to recruit talent, manage employee relations, coach leaders, support performance and succession planning, and implement people initiatives. Uses workforce data to improve staffing, retention, engagement, and team effectiveness while advising on HR policies and employment practices. Leads projects from concept through implementation and may work occasional evenings and weekends.
