Engage CFOs, controllers, and accounts payable leaders; qualify inbound and outbound prospects; create opportunities for Account Executives; manage pipeline in Salesforce and sales tools; test messaging and use AI to improve prospecting. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and leadership while meeting pipeline and activity goals.

Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations, workflows, self-service tools, and infrastructure automation. Automate support, deployments, monitoring, health checks, and production processes using ServiceNow and related technologies. Coordinate enhancement releases, support platform upgrades, investigate ATF and Virtual Agent capabilities, create dashboards and KPIs, and serve as the senior escalation point for integration issues. Collaborate with global teams and document automation scripts and support procedures.

Supports hazard mitigation and resilience planning projects for state, local, and Tribal clients. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data for risk and capability assessments, developing mitigation strategies, preparing reports and plan documents, facilitating meetings and workshops, and coordinating with jurisdictions, emergency management offices, and FEMA.
