Lead and rebuild Fuel Cycle’s enterprise sales engine: define GTM strategy, generate new-logo pipeline, coach a growing sales team in insight-led selling, drive enterprise deal execution with C-suite stakeholders, deliver accurate forecasting, and partner cross-functionally to maximize revenue and retention. Responsible for quota attainment, board reporting, and establishing scalable sales processes.

Serve as a technical lead advising strategic customers on AI use cases, designing and implementing LLM-based solutions and agents in Miro, guiding technical onboarding, integrations, and change management, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to scale AI adoption and best practices.

Build and maintain data and model layers for an AI decision‑support system: data ingestion, probabilistic record matching, calibrated scoring, provenance‑tracked retrieval and grounded generation, and secure production pipelines. Ensure explainability, auditability, and accredited deployment in a controlled government cloud environment.

Own evaluation, selection, and continuous optimization of LLMs and AI processes powering the analytics platform. Build EvalOps frameworks, benchmark and transition models, implement RAG/embedding/vector DB solutions, optimize orchestration pipelines, deploy model changes end-to-end, monitor performance/cost/drift, and document runbooks. Collaborate cross-functionally and execute production deployments.

Support regional sales team with foundational design services for fast-track small-to-medium projects: space planning, product selection, design presentations, and technical design support. Contribute to larger RH Contract interior design projects and improve design deliverables and processes.

Create, edit, and manage digital and print content across email, web, social, blogs, and collateral. Drive content strategy, SEO/SEM optimization, analytics-driven improvements, campaign support, and cross-functional collaboration to increase engagement and demand.
