Lead and shape engineering strategy for complex digital products, partner with design and product, champion AI adoption, mentor senior technical leaders, set architecture and delivery standards, review scopes and estimates, and build scalable engineering operations and processes to deliver high-quality client solutions.

Lead growth for a portfolio of national strategic accounts by converting MSAs into site-level recurring revenue. Lead HR strategy and operations: employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, onboarding, pay equity audits, training, policy compliance, and HR reporting. Partner with executive leadership and board to align HR with organizational goals and maintain confidential personnel records.
