We are seeking an experienced Epic Data Conversion Analyst to support a large-scale Epic implementation for a West Coast healthcare organization.
This is a highly hands-on role focused on clinical data conversion, CCDA ingestion, data quality, validation, and Epic data migration activities. The ideal candidate has recent experience converting data into Epic from multiple legacy systems and can work directly within Epic Bridges and Epic conversion tools to support complex migration efforts.
Candidates should have demonstrated success supporting Epic conversions involving CCDA/PAMI data, source-to-target mapping, ETL processes, data validation, and troubleshooting data quality issues throughout the conversion lifecycle.
This is a fully remote, long-term contract opportunity supporting a major Epic data conversion initiative.

Skills Required
- Active Epic Bridges certification
- 5+ years of hands-on Epic data conversion experience
- Recent experience supporting an Epic implementation, migration, acquisition, or Community Connect conversion
- Strong experience with CCDA / CCD
- Strong experience with PAMI data conversion (problems, allergies, medications, immunizations)
- Data migration experience (extract, transform, map, validate, load into Epic)
- ETL processes experience
- Data validation and reconciliation experience
- Source-to-target mapping specifications development
- Experience converting data from legacy EMRs into Epic
- Hands-on experience with Epic conversion tools
- Working knowledge of HL7
- Working knowledge of CCD / CCDA
- Working knowledge of XML
- Strong understanding of healthcare data quality and healthcare data structures
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced implementation environment
- Experience performing Epic data conversions without relying heavily on a traditional interface engine
- Experience with Epic Patient Abstractor
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Epic migrations involving multiple source systems
- Experience converting data from Cerner
- Experience converting data from Meditech
- Experience converting data from Athena
- Experience converting data from eClinicalWorks
- Experience converting data from NextGen
- Experience converting data from Allscripts
- Experience supporting behavioral health, public health, or community health organizations
- Additional Epic technical certifications
