The role requires managing multiple client accounts, maintaining audit-ready records, facilitating meetings, and ensuring accurate, compliant HR processes.

Ensures project deliverables meet quality, accuracy, completeness, and schedule requirements. Manages documentation control, versioning, repositories, status reports, meeting notes, and tracking logs across technical and program teams. Provide proactive executive and production support to the Supervising Producer: manage task lists and project workflows in Productive, coordinate shoot logistics and post-production handoffs, prep and triage communications, attend meetings, chase assets/approvals, and keep projects moving so the SP can focus on high-level producing.

Source and qualify new business, deliver presentations and demos, close deals to grow subscriptions and revenue, maintain CRM records, build executive relationships, and provide product feedback.
