Senior HR Business Partner to support US organization and GTM/commercial leaders. Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and integrations. Debug production issues, lead architecture and technical decisions, mentor engineers, ensure API backward compatibility, implement auto-scaling, and architect real-time data syncing for large volumes.

Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team to deliver a next-gen CSPM product. Drive cross-functional initiatives, manage dependencies, enforce delivery rigor, design cloud-native multitenant microservices, adopt Claude Code AI workflows, implement AI-driven automation and CI/CD, and remain hands-on to unblock technical milestones while conducting performance development.

The Account Executive is responsible for expanding market footprint, managing full sales cycles, acquiring new customers, and meeting revenue quotas, primarily with CPG brands.
