Build and maintain AI-driven GTM infrastructure and automations across Salesforce and Snowflake using Clay and Make. Develop AI agents, personalization pipelines, and reusable tools to improve sales efficiency, ensure CRM data quality, drive adoption, and lead cross-functional revenue programs from design to measurable outcomes.

Manage a portfolio of OEM customers to develop relationships and drive profitable sales. Implement account strategies, maintain a sales funnel in CRM, qualify opportunities, coordinate solution design with technical teams and distributors, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Lead and build PlanITROI's marketing function from the ground up: rebuild website, own brand and messaging, run inbound/SEO/GEO/AEO and PR/thought leadership, align digital and outbound engines, develop executive presence and events, and manage a lean mix of freelancers and agencies to drive measurable inbound pipeline and brand recognition among enterprise buyers.

Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations for residential window and door sales. Manage pre-set and self-generated appointments, prepare custom quotes, perform measurements, use iPads and CRM to manage proposals, and close sales. Maintain 15+ weekly appointments, travel within assigned market, attend trainings, and meet company sales standards.

Architect and implement enterprise TeamSite CMS solutions: design templates, components, workflows, deployment processes, roles, and APIs; perform hands-on coding, testing, deployment, and provide technical leadership and guidance. Participate in requirements and architecture meetings and support integrations for B2B sites in the BFS domain.
