Manage ERP environments on AWS GovCloud/IRIS, ensure compliance (NIST, CMMC, ITAR, SOX), support audits, provide Tier 2/3 support, perform testing/UAT, and collaborate with stakeholders and the Data & AI CoE to deliver governed data and reporting (Power BI).
