Leads the end-to-end commercial insurance collections function, owning bad debt recovery, litigation and settlement outcomes, vendor and BPO performance, compliance, allowance processes, KPIs, and receivable closeout. Solutions Consultants advise prospective customers during the sales process through product expertise, strategic guidance, and best practices. The role requires experience selling into accounts with sophisticated pre-sales consulting or sales engineering teams, strong communication skills, and knowledge of at least two relevant technology or marketing domains. Travel may reach 50% during peak periods.

Own end-to-end client onboarding for the LevPro platform, from scoping and kickoff through configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, training, and go-live. Translate client workflows into scalable system solutions, coordinate with internal and external technical teams, troubleshoot issues, document processes, and support long-term client relationships. The role partners with sales, data, customer success, product, engineering, and third parties while managing multiple implementations and improving implementation processes.
