Lead and execute the foundation's fundraising strategy across grants, corporate sponsorships, and individual giving. Identify, cultivate, and steward prospects; write grants and reports; build sponsorship programs for events; set up donor/CRM systems and reporting; collaborate with leadership and communities; and engage external partners to secure funding aligned with the foundation's mission and values.
