As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive product strategy, communicate roadmaps, and lead product development cycles in various customer domains.

Lead Truss's federal and state growth by setting strategy, building pipeline, leading capture and proposals, developing agency and partner relationships, and managing a team of Business Development and Account Managers to win and deliver digital services work.

Drive specification and sales growth for infrastructure lighting projects (tunnels, roads, airports, rail, ports). Manage long sales cycles, develop DOT and consultant relationships, coordinate global Schreder resources, support specification and commissioning, define product and go-to-market needs, lead digital marketing and revenue forecasting, and represent Schreder at industry events while ensuring Buy America compliance and sustainability alignment.

Design end-to-end user experiences for Injective web products and dApps. Lead projects across the product lifecycle, partner with cross-functional teams, produce wireframes and prototypes, and apply strong UX, information, and graphic design to deliver consumer-facing mobile and web products.

Make a high volume of outbound calls using automated dialers to industry professionals, handle objections, generate and qualify leads for clients, log each interaction accurately, and meet performance targets. Full-time Mon–Fri 9 AM–6 PM CT; remote eligible in specified US states. Compensation: $31,200–$33,280 base plus performance incentives.

Manage payroll accounting, multi-state payroll tax compliance, revenue recognition (ASC 606), grant accounting, and co-own the general ledger and month-end close. Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, financial reports, support audits, and drive process improvements.
