Own post-sale customer journey for strategic enterprise accounts, driving onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion. Lead impact communications to translate program results into compelling narratives for funders, media, Board, and public audiences. Manage executive communications, funder newsletters and webinars, media pitching, press tracking, and content for digital channels. Collaborate across teams to synthesize data and craft tailored messages that amplify GoodPower's wins and attract resources.
