Owns financial execution for large-scale data center projects: manages budgets, forecasts, cost-to-complete, variance analysis, contracts, and cash flow. Partners with development, construction, engineering, procurement, and scheduling teams to align cost with schedule, identify risks/opportunities, and provide decision-support and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate and drive cross-functional project delivery for the COO Office at a regulated digital assets exchange. Refine requirements, maintain project artifacts (status, RAID, decisions), facilitate meetings, support business analysis and process mapping, track dependencies and risks, liaise between business and technology, and help develop scalable PM frameworks.

Lead site-level operational readiness for multiple data center campuses from design through turnover. Coordinate design, commissioning, EHS, tenant engagement, and 3PDC operator readiness, manage punch lists, integrate operational milestones with PMO, and execute documented handoffs to Technical Operations.
