Coordinates home remodeling projects from sale through installation, managing schedules, materials, contractors, vendors, customer communications, documentation, quality inspections, payments, and issue resolution. The role ensures accurate project execution, timely completion, contractor performance, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards. It also updates CRM records, reviews project photos, processes changes and completion documents, and supports cross-functional collaboration across sales, operations, project management, and installation teams.

Coordinates software development, AI, automation, systems integration, and operational improvement projects. Maintains schedules, milestones, dependencies, documentation, action items, and dashboards; coordinates resources, vendors, and contractors; supports Agile software development, sprint planning, testing, and releases; prepares status reports; communicates risks and decisions; and improves project delivery processes.

Own end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, including planning, timelines, stakeholder communication, meetings, risk escalation, and closeout. Coordinate cross-functional teams, improve processes, document SOPs, support tool and process rollouts, and identify repetitive work for AI-assisted automation. Build AI workflows, track use cases and time savings, create training materials, and facilitate continuous improvement across the PMO.

Lead release management for the Fortnite Ecosystem by coordinating schedules, build stabilization, quality control, platform certification, content approvals, bug triage, release notes, and live deployments. Manage release managers and collaborate with producers, programmers, build engineers, QA, publishing, and development teams to resolve build failures, coordinate code merges, prioritize fixes, and ensure releases meet all required checks and approvals.

Manages enterprise strategic planning, governance, initiative tracking, KPI reporting, executive materials, and cross-functional alignment. Maintains enterprise data integrity and supports hospitality technology evaluations, competitive intelligence, vendor negotiations, pricing analysis, and partner relationships. Acts as a trusted liaison among strategic planning, executive leadership, corporate departments, and property teams while improving reporting discipline, governance adoption, communication, and strategic execution.

Leads the Industrial Controls workstream through New Product Introduction, owning scope, budget, schedules, risks, vendors, governance, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. Supports design reviews, prototype builds, validation, integration, manufacturing readiness, pilot builds, launch activities, and engineering change control. Partners with engineering, product, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and field operations teams to deliver controls components safely, on time, and within budget.
