Lead and shape evening newscasts (4,5,6,9,10 PM); coach producers; make editorial placement and breaking-news decisions; coordinate reporters in the field; drive digital engagement and station initiatives; oversee community-impact coverage.

Produce assigned newscasts by selecting and writing stories, using video, interviews, graphics, and resources. Coordinate with anchors, production staff, and field crews; manage timing, breaking news, social media, and web publishing. Use CMS and video editing tools to deliver timely, engaging broadcasts.

Own the post-sales client onboarding and implementation process, acting as primary client contact. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, configure product solutions, identify and escalate risks, and ensure successful go-live and handoff to delivery while driving high client satisfaction and training connections.

Serve as a liaison among partners, clients, and internal billing/finance teams to manage billing, collections, accruals, budgets, and matter-level financials. Produce recurring reporting and financial commentary, resolve invoice and allocation issues, support e‑billing, drive collections, recommend process improvements, and support firm strategic initiatives.

Support cross-functional project execution by preparing meetings, tracking tasks and timelines, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining documentation, flagging risks, assisting revenue and client reporting, and managing logistics including scheduling, travel, and expenses.

Support-focused role that coordinates program documentation, POs/RMAs, AR statements, meetings, schedules, shipments, KPIs, and cross-functional communication to ensure timely execution and delivery of manufacturing programs.
