Manage all aspects of automotive exterior program builds including cost, delivery, suppliers, production changes, APQP activities (PDP/TraX), PPAP, DV/PV validation, troubleshooting, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination.

Lead and coordinate new automotive programs and engineering changes to meet customer quality, timing, and budget targets. Manage APQP activities, startup of projects, customer requirements, tooling and assembly standards, and ensure compliance with automotive specifications and measurement/metrology practices.

Lead scrum and Agile practices for software teams, prioritize tasks, track milestones, budgets, and delivery timelines. Build performance metrics, manage escalations, report risks to stakeholders, drive process design and Agile transformation, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, QA, DevOps, and support teams.

Manage software/electrical engineering projects for driveline and EV systems. Lead cross-functional teams, develop resource plans, coordinate quotations, track schedules and budgets, resolve engineering and test issues, and report project status and costs to stakeholders.

Develop and execute product/process launch plans meeting customer, company, and regulatory requirements. Manage program resources, budget, schedule, quality (APQP/PPAP/Core Tools), and financial KPIs. Lead cross-functional launch teams, continuous improvement projects, and supplier/plant coordination using SAP, GPMS/GOTS and project tools. Ensure production readiness and customer satisfaction.

Manage project and resource planning for automotive powertrain projects. Use planning/tracking tools (preferably Planview), Excel/PowerPoint, and VBA/Power BI to produce reports. Communicate with stakeholders, apply strong analytical problem-solving, and comply with HSE requirements. No travel required.
