Manage APQP activities, startup of projects, customer requirements, tooling and assembly standards, and ensure compliance with automotive specifications and measurement/metrology practices.

Develop and execute product/process launch plans meeting customer, company, and regulatory requirements. Manage program resources, budget, schedule, quality (APQP/PPAP/Core Tools), and financial KPIs. Lead cross-functional launch teams, continuous improvement projects, and supplier/plant coordination using SAP, GPMS/GOTS and project tools. Ensure production readiness and customer satisfaction.

Lead end-to-end IT projects and programs for complete vehicle manufacturing: manage schedule, budget, scope, governance, stakeholders, and handover. Drive PMO standardization, process improvements, and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and IT security requirements.
