Job Responsibilities:

.Objetivo del Puesto

Desarrollar plan de lanzamiento de un producto o proceso nuevo de acuerdo con los requerimientos del cliente, de la compañía y gubernamentales, cumpliendo en calidad, tiempo y dentro del presupuesto.

Administrar los recursos disponibles dentro del equipo de trabajo del programa para asegurar la salud financiera del programa, la satisfacción del cliente, alcanzando y manteniendo las metas de productividad establecidas por la compañía, una vez que el proceso y/o producto se encuentran en el proceso de producción en serie.

Experiencia Requerida

5 años en la industria automotriz

2 años en puesto similar (Program Manager, Account Manager, Launch Manager)

Haber participado como líder o miembro del equipo de lanzamientos de un producto o proceso nuevo para un OEM automotriz

Líder del desarrollo de proyecto(s) de mejora, organizacionales, de sistemas operacionales o de relocalizaciones de productos/procesos.

Experiencia en procesos de industria metalmecánica y/o ensamble.

Conocimientos Específicos

1) Técnicos.

Nivel intermedio en el conocimiento y manejo de la norma IATF16949/ISO9001 Experto en APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) Experto en Core Tools (PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC) Experto en PPAP Conocimiento Intermedio en Indicadores Financieros clave (Profit and Loss / Cash Flow Analysis/ Balance Sheet).    Conocimiento Básico en manejo de SAP, Conocimiento Intermedio de herramientas Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, MS Project). Conocimiento avanzado de términos comerciales y financieros tales como: Incoterm, Surcharge, Givebacks, Value added, Base Price, Working Capital. Metodología en solución de problemas. MPT Global Quality Standards Intermedio en GD&T Intermedio en Lean Manufacturing y 5S. Conocimiento básico de EDI/releases y supply chain management. Conocimiento intermedio de productos ensamblados en MPT-Ramos (Ejes, TCases, Axle Drives). Conocimiento básico de Total Productive Maintenance (Correctivo, Preventivo, Predictivo) Experto en GPMS (Global Program Management System) Experto en GOTS (Global Opportunity Tracking System) Experto en RFQ System (Request for Quotation). Conocimiento intermedio en Capital Tracking System (CTS) y Capital Expense Request (CER), así como en REAF process. Dominio de requerimientos específicos del cliente (según el proyecto que aplique). Acceso a los portales a Audi-VW: INKA

2) Administrativos

Experto en Manejo de proyectos. Nivel Experto de gestión de recursos (tiempo-personal-materiales-infraestructura-presupuesto) a nivel Programa. Negociación efectiva. Comunicación efectiva. Cultura organizacional. Capacidad de enlazar misiones-visiones-objetivos-planes de trabajo-tareas específicas para el Equipo de trabajo.

3) Idiomas

Inglés Avanzado de Negocios Alemán Básico-Intermedio (dependiendo del cliente y centro de diseño) Japonés Básico (dependiendo del cliente y centro de diseño)

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 5 years in the automotive industry
  • 2 years in a similar role (Program Manager, Account Manager, Launch Manager)
  • Participation as lead or member of OEM product/process launch teams
  • Experience leading improvement, organizational or relocation projects
  • Experience in metalworking and/or assembly processes
  • Intermediate knowledge of IATF16949/ISO9001
