- Kundenanfragen mit Vertriebs-Leidenschaft bearbeiten und koordinieren, inklusive Angebotskalkulation
- Technische Abstimmung, Angebotserstellung, Preisverhandlungen u. v. m. mit Kunden übernehmen
- Plausibilisierung von Preisforderungen gegenüber dem Kunden
- Durchführung der regelmäßigen Preispflege im System
- Mit voller Motivation Verantwortung für Entwicklungsprojekte übernehmen – von der Ausschreibung über die Prototypenphase bis zum Serienstart für komplexe (Tank-) Systeme und deren Subkomponenten
- Aktiv bei der Analyse von Lastenheften sowie der Dokumentation von Einsprüchen mitarbeiten
- Qualitätsvorausplanung (APQP) koordinieren und technische Machbarkeitsanalysen erstellen
- Organisation und Mitwirkung bei der FMEA-Methode (intern wie extern) mit Begeisterung umsetzen
- Prozessverbesserungen initiieren und aktiv mitgestalten
- Marktanalysen neugierig und engagiert durchführen
Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare fundierte technische/kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Bereits Know-how im Program Management und/oder Projektmanagement innerhalb der Automobilindustrie erlangt
- Großartiges Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen zeichnen aus
- Empathisches sowie repräsentatives Auftreten zeichnet die Persönlichkeit aus
- Sehr gutes analytisches Denkvermögen, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Genauigkeit in der Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
- In Situationen mit hohem Arbeitsaufkommen kühlen Kopf bewahren, unternehmerisch denken und absolute Teamfähigkeit zeigen

Skills Required
- Technical degree or equivalent technical/commercial vocational training
- Practical experience in program management and/or project management in the automotive industry
- Experience coordinating APQP and performing or participating in FMEA activities
- Experience with offer calculation and price negotiation with customers
- Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Very good German and English language skills, written and spoken
- Very good analytical thinking, accuracy, quick comprehension and high commitment
- Ability to remain calm under high workload and strong teamwork and entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to travel regularly to customers
