Requires shop-floor presence and up to 25% travel during peak launches.

Lead cross-functional program teams to deliver automotive body/chassis projects on time, on budget, and to customer specifications. Manage APQP, quality systems (TS16949, ISO14001), customer/vendor interfaces, budgets, continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with Cosma program management processes.

Lead and coordinate new automotive programs and engineering changes, ensuring on-time delivery within cost and quality targets. Manage APQP launch activities, customer requirements, tooling and assembly standards, and cross-functional project execution.
