Job Responsibilities:

Du möchtest digitale Procurement-Prozesse nicht nur begleiten, sondern aktiv mitgestalten und weiterentwickeln? Du bringst Erfahrung im Softwaresupport, Projektmanagement sowie im Umgang mit Softwarelösungen mit und hast Freude daran, Systeme effizienter, transparenter und anwenderfreundlicher zu machen? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams und unterstütze uns dabei, unsere Supplier-Management-Systeme zukunftsorientiert weiterzuentwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung von Projekten im Bereich Sourcing Module, inklusive Schnittstellen-Support, Fehlerbehebung, Prozess-Testing und Konfiguration
  • Entwicklung, Betreuung und Management von eRFX-Templates sowie Beratung interner und externer Kund_innen
  • Koordination von Systemverbesserungen, inklusive Anforderungsaufnahme und Abstimmung der Implementierung mit dem externen Systementwickler für die verantworteten Module
  • Aufsetzung, Durchführung und Betreuung von e-Auctions inklusive begleitender Supportprozesse
  • Durchführung von Schulungen für interne und externe Benutzer_innen
  • Event Support für interne und externe Anwender_innen

Wonach wir suchen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (vorzugsweise HTL/FH/TU)
  • Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse und fundiertes Verständnis von IT-Systemen, Datenbanken und Softwarearchitekturen
  • Kenntnisse im Software-Support sowie im Projektmanagement
  • Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden (z. B. Scrum, Kanban) von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SQL und HTML, Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Anpassung von Software-Anwendungen
  • Kenntnisse zu Webservice-Schnittstellen (SOAP und/oder REST) sowie Verständnis für API-Integration
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie ein lösungsorientiertes Mindset
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Geringe Reisebereitschaft

Dein Profil zählt

Anhand deiner Qualifikation, deiner Berufserfahrung und der Aufgaben, die auf dich warten, vereinbaren wir dein tatsächliches Gehalt. Das Mindestgehalt bewegt sich je nach Ausbildung auf Basis Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden) zwischen €3.228,-- und € 4.355, -- brutto pro Monat (14 x p. a.).

Skills Required

  • Completed technical education, preferably HTL, FH, or TU
  • Very good IT knowledge and solid understanding of IT systems, databases, and software architectures
