Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, IT, clinicians, and external health systems to improve system reliability, accelerate integrations, standardize workflows, and support new clinic launches.

Lead zero-to-one development of scalable commercial solutions for MyHealthTeam’s patient communities and pharma or agency partners. Translate market and client signals into product roadmaps, prototype and validate concepts, define requirements, and guide launches. Partner with sales, operations, content, analytics, and marketing teams to improve monetization, adoption, and scalability. Monitor performance, run experiments, and optimize solutions while incorporating AI tools into product development and decision-making.

Define product vision and roadmaps for private-label healthcare product categories, including IoT-enabled solutions. Analyze market, customer, sales, and competitive data to guide pricing, innovation, and portfolio strategy. Lead cross-functional teams through requirements, proof-of-concept development, pilots, launches, and lifecycle management. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver customer value and grow revenue and margins. Apply AI and analytics to improve products, processes, and market responsiveness.

The role requires healthcare technology experience, strong stakeholder leadership, workflow and systems analysis, analytics proficiency, and familiarity with regulated software, integrations, and product management tools. Remote within the US, with travel up to 20%.

Owns the operational software platform supporting pharmacy fulfillment, test-kit registration, lab results, subscriptions, telehealth, and internal clinical and customer-experience tools. Translates manual processes into documented, instrumented systems; writes technical specifications; manages third-party integrations; tests end-to-end workflows; applies AI safely in regulated healthcare contexts; ensures compliance; and reports operational KPIs.

Own customer-facing analytics and reporting for a voice AI healthcare product. Lead customer data implementations, troubleshoot ingestion and mapping issues, prepare internal teams for campaign execution, develop dashboards, define performance metrics, and standardize reporting. Coordinate data and QA engineers through agile delivery while scaling onboarding workflows, improving implementation velocity, and expanding analytics capabilities for payer and provider customers.

Own components of Clarify Meridian software from concept through release. Build and prototype features, define specifications and acceptance criteria, establish quality and regression-testing standards, investigate bugs, validate fixes, and partner with engineering, analytics, clinical informatics, and commercial teams. Translate product strategy into execution, support customer-facing teams, and use data to evaluate product quality and outcomes.

Owns care delivery product capabilities including prescribing, prior authorizations, and virtual visit workflows. The role gathers clinical and business requirements, prioritizes roadmaps, translates needs into product specifications, partners with engineering and cross-functional teams, tracks product metrics, facilitates Agile ceremonies, and leads feature rollout and training. It also identifies responsible applications of AI and automation to reduce clinical and administrative burdens in a regulated healthcare environment.
