Join our team as a Product Manager, where you’ll lead the charge in revolutionizing healthcare workflows through our NextGen Mobile application. This app is designed to streamline clinical documentation and deliver seamless, efficient workflows for healthcare providers. In addition to mobile, you'll be at the forefront of our AI solutions, including ambient listening technology and AI-driven accelerators that recommend diagnoses, codes, orders, and medications. We're looking for a visionary product manager with expertise in mobile app development and AI solutions who thrives on creating intuitive, impactful products for healthcare providers.Responsibilities:

  • Own the Product Lifecycle: Manage the complete technology lifecycle of new products, features, or enhancements—from conceptualization to launch—ensuring timely delivery and user satisfaction.
  • Drive Innovation: Shape the long- and short-term strategy for NextGen Mobile and AI-driven products, aligning them with market trends and healthcare provider needs.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify dependencies and deliver integrated solutions that enhance clinical workflows.
  • Lead AI Development: Oversee our cutting-edge ambient listening solution and AI accelerators, ensuring these technologies improve provider efficiency and decision-making.
  • User-Centric Design: Engage with clinicians to gather feedback and insights, conducting focus groups and user-centered design activities to ensure solutions meet real-world needs.
  • Product Release & Quality: Manage products through their launch and post-release phases, contribute to quality assurance efforts, and assist in triaging identified defects or issues.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Perform market research to identify opportunities for product innovation, assess competitor offerings, and recommend enhancements for our mobile and AI products.
  • Stakeholder Support: Act as the primary point of contact for Development, QA, and key stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring seamless communication and successful releases.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience Required:

  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare technology, with a strong focus on mobile app development and AI-driven products. Experience with clinical or practice management workflows is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Solid understanding of mobile development (iOS preferred), AI technologies, and product lifecycle best practices.
