Own 0-to-1 AI product development for specialty pharmacy. Identify ambiguous customer problems, conduct discovery with pharmacists, patients, and customers, define solutions, and work closely with Engineering and Design to ship quickly. Build data-backed product cases, communicate clearly, operate independently, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Healthcare experience is not required, but curiosity about regulated healthcare and strong interest in AI are important.

Own a core product domain within Clarium’s healthcare supply chain platform, leading discovery, requirements, delivery, iteration, and product direction. Partner closely with engineering, design, data, sales, marketing, and customer success while engaging healthcare customers and stakeholders. Remove roadblocks, make tradeoffs, and establish product practices in a fast-growing startup. The role requires healthcare technology experience, enterprise workflow and integration expertise, and familiarity with driving change in large health systems. Epic integrations and AI-powered product experience are preferred.

Lead execution of product initiatives for clinical decision support and pathways: manage delivery from kickoff to rollout, handle inbound requests via Jira, coordinate alpha/beta releases, conduct customer discovery, translate prototypes into implementation-ready specs, and support FDA documentation and cross-functional communication across engineering, clinical, sales, and customer success.

Own the Revenue Cycle Management product strategy and roadmap across patient registration, eligibility verification, charge capture, claims submission, denial management, appeals, and patient billing. Analyze claims, denials, AR, and collection metrics to prioritize scalable technology solutions. Partner with UX, engineering, operations, finance, compliance, and clinical stakeholders to deliver products that improve reimbursement, reduce denials, enhance patient financial experiences, and demonstrate measurable ROI.

Own the end-to-end growth funnel from awareness through ongoing engagement. Lead experimentation, A/B testing, funnel optimization, metrics, and roadmap prioritization to increase activation, retention, and feature adoption. Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Clinical Operations to ship member-focused and AI-powered features, while using qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions and protect care quality and safety.
