Own the strategy, roadmap, user experience, adoption, and success metrics for Cyan, an AI-powered advisor workspace. Translate advisor needs and feedback into product priorities, integrate AI capabilities, manage backlogs and dependencies, and coordinate releases. Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Advisor Success, and business stakeholders to improve advisor productivity, client outcomes, platform performance, and AI adoption.

Owns functional requirements and product delivery for global corporate-function applications, partnering with business, architecture, engineering, and QA teams. Responsibilities include solution definition, prioritization, non-functional requirements, UAT and interface testing, issue resolution, production support, stakeholder management, and SaaS portfolio oversight. The role requires deep Employee Compliance and Trade Surveillance expertise within a large-bank Compliance/AFC environment, cloud and SaaS knowledge, and strong change-management capabilities.
