Develops partnership-led product expansion strategy, evaluates build-versus-partner opportunities, conducts market and partner analysis, presents recommendations to leadership, represents OnePay externally, and leads partner selection and commercial contract negotiations through execution.

Lead the strategy, development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of quantitative digital products for private-market investors. Partner with investment science, custom solutions, engineering, and customers to define roadmaps, translate needs into capabilities, validate assumptions, drive adoption, and improve product performance. Serve as a business-development resource, oversee enhancements, and mentor teams in product discovery, research, prototyping, delivery, and adoption practices.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, specifications, and delivery of AI and ML-driven enterprise products. Collaborate with customers, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and presales to define use cases, develop features, manage dependencies, ensure quality, support go-to-market efforts, and evangelize products. Monitor market trends and competitors while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Own the strategy, roadmap, backlog, and delivery of tax withholding and reporting products across financial services. Translate IRS and regulatory requirements into scalable capabilities, controls, workflows, and system enhancements. Lead client onboarding, configuration, data migration, testing, UAT, release readiness, reconciliations, and production stabilization. Partner with tax, compliance, legal, operations, technology, and clients while overseeing governance, audit readiness, risk reduction, and regulatory change management.

Owns and executes the Home Equity product roadmap, prioritizing features, managing backlogs, and leading agile delivery. Partners with technology, operations, risk, compliance, legal, analytics, and vendors to improve customer journeys and digital experiences. Analyzes customer feedback, market trends, operational data, and business metrics to identify enhancements. Communicates product performance and risks, supports launches and change management, and drives continuous product improvement.

Develop and execute product partnership strategies that expand product capabilities and market opportunities. Identify complementary partners, evaluate technical fit, shape joint propositions, create go-to-market plans and collateral, lead partner workshops, manage relationships, coordinate commercial activities, and track partnership success. The role requires strong knowledge of core banking, payments, cloud platforms, banking markets, technology trends, relationship management, presentations, and project management.
