Coordinates cross-functional initiatives across legal, compliance, operations, technology, risk, treasury, finance, and front-office teams. Analyzes markets and product workflows, improves operating models, supports governance and documentation, and ensures regulatory and operational compliance, including AML and Bank Secrecy Act requirements.

Serves as a subject matter expert for marketing, process development, and training.

Own Prendio’s data product strategy from discovery through commercialization. Define valuable data assets, build the roadmap, validate customer needs, develop packaging and pricing, and launch revenue-generating products. Partner closely with engineering, analysts, data teams, sales, and marketing; prototype concepts independently; manage delivery; and address privacy, contractual, regulatory, and data-rights constraints. The role initially focuses on biotech customers and may expand to supplier-side products.

The Product Manager identifies and validates market problems, evaluates business opportunities, develops product vision and roadmaps, and partners with product owners and development teams. Responsibilities include competitive and win-loss analysis, KPI and product performance monitoring, ROI modeling, market pricing research, pricing strategy recommendations, industry relationship development, and mentoring team members on security expertise.

Own the product function for a global money movement platform, including roadmap strategy, customer discovery, technical specifications, payment and ledger capabilities, API products, launches, and partner integrations. Translate regulatory requirements into product decisions, collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, founders, banks, and fintech partners, and establish product processes. Over time, build the product organization and guide long-term platform direction.

Lead development and optimization of life insurance products across the full lifecycle, including product design, distribution, underwriting, purchase, and administration. Collaborate with carriers, engineers, designers, data scientists, and third parties to integrate policy administration and carrier systems, eApplication platforms, contract-generation systems, and ACORD data standards. Analyze product and distribution opportunities, run discovery experiments, validate hypotheses, and scale products to improve customer, agent, and partner value.

Owns the insurance product backlog and roadmap, translating biller and payer needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Partners with Engineering, UX, Integrations, Implementations, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to deliver launches and measurable outcomes. Uses product analytics, data tools, research, experimentation, and AI to guide prioritization, monitor adoption, and improve insurance payment workflows. Mentors product managers and serves as the insurance vertical subject matter expert.
