Lead early-stage product innovation for financial services: uncover customer needs, evaluate market opportunities, build business cases, validate concepts, run pilots, and transition validated products into development while partnering cross-functionally and tracking post-launch performance.

Own roadmap execution for payroll and entity management products: write specs, run sprints, ship features, validate with customers, partner cross-functionally, translate regulatory complexity into buildable requirements, scale jurisdictional coverage, manage pre- and post-deployment workflows, and optimize KPIs like SLA performance, retention, resolution rates, and per-account margins.

Own commercial lifecycle of multiple Payments products from discovery through launch, adoption, and ongoing support. Define and prioritize product requirements, partner with engineering on delivery, lead go-to-market and messaging, integrate AI capabilities, engage customers for feedback and adoption, monitor KPIs and financial outcomes, run annual planning, and mentor other product managers. Travel quarterly for customer meetings and events.
