Partner closely with engineering and design, use data and customer insight to measure outcomes, reduce friction, and prioritize impactful work. Influence cross-functional teams, drive decision-making in ambiguous contexts, and incorporate AI tools to accelerate discovery and execution.

Own and shape customer-facing product journeys across discovery, switching, onboarding and adoption for business banking. Partner with design, engineering, and customer teams to identify friction points, define metrics, run experiments, and iterate to drive activation, engagement, retention and expansion.
