Maintain the internal lender Wiki, track guideline changes, support complex loan scenarios, manage escalations, and coordinate with Legal and Marketing. This hands-on individual contributor role requires deep mortgage product expertise, strong writing, operational ownership, and executive communication.

Own the Pico Portal product vision, roadmap, backlog, and success metrics. Lead development of self-service ordering, workflow automation, delivery visibility, operational insights, and client engagement capabilities. Translate client and business needs into requirements and release plans while partnering with engineering, operations, sales engineering, and client-facing teams. Use data and feedback to prioritize investments, drive adoption, reduce manual work, and support future API, analytics, AI, and digital commercialization initiatives.

Own card-processing integrations across issuance, personalization, card management, authorization, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation. Partner with Engineering, Finance, and Operations to migrate the company to a licensed card-processing model. Responsibilities include designing APIs and integrations from scratch, managing card flows end to end, maintaining accurate settlement and reconciliation, and analyzing and resolving production incidents.

Own investor technology initiatives from business problem definition through delivery. Translate stakeholder needs into product requirements, MVPs, backlogs, and user stories; coordinate Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams; maintain data tables; improve CRM, reporting, workflow, and analytics systems; and establish governance and documentation processes. The role requires strong user research, data-driven prioritization, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and collaboration with engineers.

Manage and grow consumer deposit products, including savings, money market accounts, and CDs. Develop product strategies, pricing, engagement initiatives, and business cases; analyze customer, market, and competitive data; lead launches; and collaborate across retail, marketing, finance, technology, and channel teams. Ensure regulatory compliance while monitoring product performance, profitability, retention, and market position.

Own the payments processing product roadmap, prioritize and maintain the Agile backlog, define epics and user stories, coordinate releases and sprints, and represent customer needs. The role evaluates product value, conducts market and competitor research, collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders and development teams, and makes trade-off decisions to deliver strategic product outcomes.
